Warranty:
The Alto Dining Chair is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial and residential use. This warranty applies to the chair’s structure, metal frame, and upholstery stitching.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight, normal wear and tear, stains, scratches, or damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance. Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
To request a warranty claim, proof of purchase and supporting photos may be required.
